Olabowale Adetunmbi, a Senior Associate in the firm whose specialization is in Intellectual property Law, commercial litigation, secured credit transactions, commercial documentation and perfection.  She is a Member of Nigerian Bar Association and a member of IPLAN; Intellectual Property Law Association of Nigeria.

She has had over 20 (twenty) years experience as a Legal Practitioner, and has been involved in the documentation and perfection of various commercial transactions including those relating to local and international business restructuring and acquisitions

She was the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to Cards Technology Limited, a financial transactions switching company and has a Masters in Law from the University of Lagos.
